Technology

Practical tools that connect and protect your work

We build technology when a research or data project needs a working tool to succeed: a data pipeline, a reporting application, a secure intake system, or a practical AI workflow. We plan first, build what fits your staff and budget, and leave you with something your team can run.

When organizations call us

Staff re-enter the same information into several systems.
Your intake or referral process runs on paper, email, or shared spreadsheets.
Important data lives on one laptop or shared drive, with no backups or access controls.
Reporting depends on someone manually exporting data every month.

Less manual work. More time for the mission.

Technology that makes the work possible

Most of our technology work starts inside an evaluation or data project. When a question can’t be answered without a better pipeline, a simple app, or a secure place to bring data together, we build it, document it, and train your staff to keep it running.

What we build

Program data collection

Simple tools that capture attendance, participation, and feedback at the point of service, so evaluation data builds itself instead of being reconstructed later.

For example: a tablet-based check-in system for a youth program, set up so attendance flows straight into the evaluation dataset.

Workflow automation

Automations built in the tools you already use (e.g. Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Automate) that take repetitive work off staff plates.

For example: for a regional equipment supplier, an automated intake that reads incoming email requests, checks them against a SharePoint inventory, and flags the best matches for staff review.

Secure cloud data

Protected environments on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with pipelines that move, check, and update data automatically. This is the foundation of our data clean room approach for partners who need to share results without sharing records.

For example: an automated pipeline that pulls booking and vehicle data from a car-sharing platform’s API into Google BigQuery, feeding a live Data Studio dashboard.

What you receive
